2. Submit your nominations to fill in vacant chairs and member positions of ARF committees
- Congratulations for those who have been appointed as chairs and members of ARF committees.
- ARF is receiving nominations of qualified candidates for vacant positions of the ARF committees yet to be filled in.
- Nominations should include CVs and statements of purpose explaining the nominee’s intended contributions to the organization.
- Nominations should be submitted to ARF General Secretary only through NF officials (NF president or Secretary General) by the 10th of July, 2011.
- See the table for reference of appointments and vacancies of chairs and members of ARF committees.

3. Submit your bid for hosting 2012 Asian Junior Championship
- With the purpose of promotion and development of the sport of rowing in Asia, ARF holds Asian Junior Rowing Championships that are hosted by different ARF member countries every year.
- The Championships are fully subject to the FISA Competition Regulations and rules of Racing, and are only open to National Junior Crews of ARF members through whom all entries must be made.
- ARF invites and encourages all members to bid for hosting the Championships. Please notify the ARF General Secretary of your intention to bid for the Championships by the 10th of July, 2011 via Email.
*Note: A formal expression of bidding in writing must be submitted to the General Secretary before the Congress in October. And a BID PRESENTATION also must be made to the delegates who eventually award the bid.

- Please, designate and inform the ARF of your PR officer who can take full responsibility for smooth communication and providing rich information for ARF website development.
- Name, title, contact information (Email, phone number, fax number) should be included
5. Provide ARF with your updated contact information whenever is changed
- In order to ensure smooth and effective communication among ARF members, it is essential to keep the ARF directory updated frequently as contact information for many members continue to change.
- Please provide ARF General Secretary with your updated contact information to include both president and general secretary (or executive director)’s contact information.
6. Please make your payment of ARF annual subscription fee
